I like it! My favourite Simpsons comic had a panel with Lisa hugging Cecil, and Chief Wiggum's like "OK, this is weird. Can we just arrest you now?"
My favourite is the one where Lisa's asleep. It's just so sweet and innocent.

I remember that. It's the only Simpsons comic I ever read, because it was about Lisa and Cecil. ^___^

I don't remember, but it didn't seem very long. Look online and it should tell you how many pages it is. Usually any type of book includes page count in the miscellaneous info, along with the publisher and author name.
